The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and countervailing duty cases.

Collated steel staples – preliminary affirmative AD/CV injury determination on collated steel staples from China and determination that imports of this product from South Korea and Taiwan are negligible

Graphite electrodes – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on small-diameter graphite electrodes from China for the period Feb. 1, 2018, through Jan. 31, 2019, with respect to 198 companies based on the timely withdrawal of the requests for review

Raw flexible magnets – continuation of AD/CV duty orders on raw flexible magnets from China and AD duty order on such magnets from Taiwan, effective July 23

Welded line pipe – dumping margins of 22.7 to 38.87 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on welded line pipe from Korea for the period Dec. 1, 2016, through Nov. 30, 2017
