Solar Panels. The International Trade Commission will hold an open meeting Jan. 21 for a vote in its final antidumping and countervailing injury investigations of certain crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China and Taiwan. If these votes are affirmative the International Trade Administration will issue AD/CV duty orders on these products; otherwise, the investigations will be terminated.

Barium Carbonate. The ITC will hold an open meeting Jan. 20 for a vote in its sunset review of the AD duty order on barium carbonate from China. This review will result in either the revocation or continuation of this order.

Ferrovanadium. In its sunset reviews of the AD duty orders on ferrovanadium from China and South Africa, the ITC has determined that revoking these orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, these orders will remain in place for another five years.
