Solar Cells. The International Trade Administration has rescinded its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China for the period Feb. 1, 2017, through Jan. 31, 2018, with respect to nine companies. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties on entries of subject goods from these companies during the period of review at the AD cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.

Power Transformers. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on large power transformers from Korea for the period Aug. 1, 2016, through July 31, 2017, the ITA has determined weighted average dumping margins of zero and 60.81 percent.

Wood Flooring. The ITA has corrected the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on multilayered wood flooring from China for the period Dec. 1, 2015, through Nov. 30, 2016, to revise the spelling of the name of one respondent and include Double F Limited among the companies for which this review was rescinded.

Strontium Chromate. The ITC has instituted AD injury investigations of strontium chromate from Austria and France. A conference will be held Sept. 26, requests to appear at the conference are due by Sept. 24, written briefs are due by Oct. 1, and the ITC’s preliminary determinations are due by Oct. 22.
