Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

Solar Cells. In its changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China, the International Trade Administration has preliminarily determined that Zhejiang ERA Solar Technology Co. Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Era Solar Co. Ltd. and is therefore entitled to its AD cash deposit rate with respect to entries of subject goods. Comments are due no later than Nov. 17.

Off-Road Tires. The ITA has initiated a new shipper review of the AD duty order on new pneumatic off-the-road tires from China for the period Sept. 1, 2015, through Aug. 31, 2016. This review will determine whether subject goods produced by Carlisle (Meizhou) Rubber Manufacturing Co. Ltd. and exported by CTP Distribution (HK) Limited are eligible for a separate rate.
