AD/CV Duty Orders on Solar Cells from China Narrowed

The International Trade Administration has revoked the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China with respect to certain solar panels of a sufficiently small size, voltage, amperage, and wattage. The ITA determined in a changed circumstances review that the producers accounting for substantially all of the production of the domestic like product lack interest in the relief provided by these orders with respect to such goods.
