Softwood Lumber. The International Trade Commission has revised the schedule for its antidumping and countervailing injury investigations of softwood lumber products from Canada. The deadline for post-hearing briefs is now Sept. 25 and final comments are now due by Dec. 4.

Steel Nails. In the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on steel nails from Vietnam for the period Dec. 29, 2014, through June 30, 2016, the International Trade Administration has determined a weighted average dumping margin of 323.99 percent for three companies. AD duties based on this rate will be assessed on entries of subject goods during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at this rate will be required for subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Sept. 28.
