AD/CV: Silicomanganese, Activated Carbon, Gift Boxes, Propane Cylinders, Pipe

Silicomanganese. The International Trade Commission has scheduled full sunset reviews of the antidumping duty orders on silicomanganese from China and Ukraine. These reviews will result in either the revocation of continuation of these orders.

A hearing will be held in connection with these reviews on Sept. 25. Requests to appear at the hearing are due Sept. 17, pre-hearing briefs are due Sept. 13, and post-hearing briefs are due Oct. 4. Final comments will be due Oct. 30.

Activated Carbon. The ITC has scheduled an expedited sunset review of the AD duty order on activated carbon that will result in either the revocation or continuation of this order. Comments are due June 4.

Folding Gift Boxes. The ITC has scheduled an expedited sunset review of the AD duty order on folding gift boxes from China that will result in either the revocation or continuation of this order. Comments are due June 6.

Propane Cylinders. The ITC has initiated AD injury investigations of steel propane cylinders from China, Taiwan, and Thailand and a CV injury investigation of such goods from China. A conference will be held June 12 and comments are due by June 15.

Light-Walled Pipe and Tube. In the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Turkey for the period May 1, 2016, through April 30, 2017, the International Trade Administration has determined a weighted average dumping margin of zero for manufacturer/exporter Agir Haddecilik A.S. No AD duties will be assessed on entries of subject goods during the period of review, and no AD cash deposits will be required for subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after May 25.
