Amorphous Silica Fabric. The International Trade Commission has made affirmative final antidumping and countervailing injury determinations on amorphous silica fabric from China. As a result, the International Trade Administration will issue AD and CV duty orders on this product. The ITC also made an affirmative final critical circumstances determination with respect to the AD investigation.

Steel Pipe and Tube. The ITA has amended the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products from Turkey for the period May 1, 2014, through April 30, 2015, to specify weighted average dumping margins of 0.50 percent to 3.40 percent. AD duties based on these rates will be assessed on entries of subject goods entered during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at these rates will be required for subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Feb. 17.
