AD/CV Update: Shrimp, Tool Chests, Steel Wire Rod

Shrimp. Pursuant to a court order, the International Trade Administration has amended the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from Vietnam for the period Feb. 1, 2013, through Jan. 31, 2014, to increase the weighted average dumping margin for Thuan Phuoc Seafoods and Trading Corporation from 1.16 percent to 1.42 percent.

Tool Chests. The ITA has postponed from Sept. 18 to Nov. 7 its preliminary AD duty determinations on tool chests and cabinets from China and Vietnam.

Steel Wire Rod. The ITA has postponed from Sept. 5 to Oct. 24 its preliminary AD duty determinations on carbon and alloy steel wire rod from Italy, Korea, South Africa, Turkey, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom.
