Nature of Notice: Amended final results of administrative review of antidumping duty order for the period Oct. 1, 1995, through Sept. 30, 1996.
Details: ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to liquidate all unliquidated entries of subject merchandise produced and/or exported by Heveafil Sdn. Bhd. and Filmax Sdn. Bhd. and entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption in the U.S. during the period of review at the rate of duty in effect at the time of entry. No revised cash deposit rate is established for Heveafil because this order was revoked effective Oct. 1, 2003.
