Silicomanganese. The International Trade Commission will hold an open meeting April 3 for a preliminary vote in its antidumping injury investigation of silicomanganese from Australia.

Steel Plate. The International Trade Administration has initiated a new shipper review of the AD duty order on cut-to-length carbon steel plate from Korea. This review will determine whether Hyundai Steel Co. Ltd. will be assigned a separate AD duty rate. In the interim, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to allow, at the option of the importer, the posting until the completion of this review of a bond or security in lieu of a cash deposit for each entry of subject merchandise produced and exported by this company.

Shrimp. The ITA has initiated administrative reviews of the AD duty orders on frozen warmwater shrimp from India and Thailand for the period Feb. 1, 2014, through Jan. 31, 2015. The final results of these reviews are expected no later than March 9, 2016.
