The International Trade Administration and International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and countervailing duty cases.

Frozen shrimp – preliminary determination that Sunrise Seafoods India Private Limited is the successor-in-interest to Sunrise Aqua Food Exports in the context of the AD duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from India

Oil country tubular goods – net subsidy rate of 1.0 percent for one company in preliminary results of administrative review of the CV duty order on OCTG from Turkey for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2017

Phosphor copper – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on phosphor copper from Korea for the period April 1, 2018, through March 31, 2019, due to the timely withdrawal of the request for review

Sodium nitrite – continuation of AD duty orders on sodium nitrite from China and Germany and CV duty order on sodium nitrite from China, effective Aug. 12

Solar cells – dumping margins of 1.0 to 7.77 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from Taiwan for the period Feb. 1, 2017, through Jan. 31, 2018
