Semiconductor Packages. The International Trade Commission has terminated in its entirety, without the imposition of import restrictions, patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1010 of semiconductor devices, semiconductor device packages, and products containing same. This action is based on a settlement between the respondents and complainants Tessera Technologies Inc., Tessera Inc., and Invensas Corporation.

Digital Cameras. The ITC has terminated patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1059 of digital cameras, software, and components thereof with respect to numerous patent claims based on the withdrawal of the complaint with respect to those claims by Carl Zeiss AG and ASML Netherlands B.V.
