Rubber Bands. The International Trade Commission has scheduled the final phase of its antidumping and countervailing injury investigations of rubber bands from China and Thailand. A hearing will be held Nov. 13, requests to appear at the hearing are due by Nov. 7, pre-hearing briefs are due by Nov. 6, post-hearing briefs are due by Nov. 20, and final comments are due by Dec. 11.

Frozen Fish Fillets. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on frozen fish fillets from Vietnam for the period Aug. 1, 2016, through July 31, 2017, the International Trade Administration has (a) determined weighted average dumping margins of zero go $1.37/kg, (b) rescinded this review for 34 companies for which the request for review was timely withdrawn, and (c) determined that three companies had no shipments of subject goods to the U.S. during the period of review.

Large Power Transformers. In its sunset review of the AD duty order on large power transformers from Korea, the ITC has determined that revocation of this order would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, this order will remain in place.
