AD/CV: Rubber Bands, Forged Steel Fittings, Softwood Lumber

Rubber Bands. The International Trade Commission has instituted antidumping and countervailing injury investigations of rubber bands from China, Sri Lanka, and Thailand. A conference will be held Feb. 20, requests to appear at the conference are due by Feb. 15, and written submissions are due by Feb. 23. The ITC’s preliminary determinations are due by March 16.

Forged Steel Fittings. The ITA has postponed from March 14 to May 3 its preliminary AD duty determinations on forged steel fittings from China, Italy, and Taiwan.

Softwood Lumber. A request for NAFTA panel review has been filed regarding the ITC’s final affirmative AD injury determination on softwood lumber from Canada.
