IPR Enforcement: Robotic Vacuums, Toner Cartridges, Carburetors

Robotic Vacuums. The International Trade Commission has terminated patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1057 of robotic vacuum cleaning devices and components thereof such as spare parts with respect to (a) one respondent based on a settlement agreement with complainant iRobot Corporation and (b) one patent that was asserted only with respect to that respondent.

Toner Cartridges. In patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1106 of toner cartridges and components thereof, the ITC has found three respondents in default for failing to respond to the complaint and notice of investigation.

Carburetors. The ITC has terminated patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1123 of carburetors and products containing such goods with respect to one respondent based on a consent order with complainant Walbro LLC.
