Road Construction Machines. The International Trade Commission has terminated patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1088 of road construction machines and components thereof with respect to one patent asserted by complainants Caterpillar Inc. and Caterpillar Paving Products Inc.

Water Filters. The ITC has instituted investigation 337-TA-1126 to determine whether imports of water filters and components thereof are violating Section 337 of the 1930 Tariff Act by reason of patent infringement.

Complainants Electrolux Home Products Inc. and KX Technologies LLC request that after this investigation the ITC issue an exclusion order, which would direct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to prohibit the entry of infringing products into the U.S., and cease and desist orders, which would require the named respondents to cease actions that violate Section 337, including selling infringing imported articles out of U.S. inventory. The respondents in this investigation are located in China and the U.S.

Data Storage Tapes. The ITC has terminated patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1076 of magnetic data storage tapes and cartridges containing same with respect to certain patent claims based on the withdrawal of allegations by complainants FUJIFILM Corporation, FUJIFILM Recording Media U.S.A. Inc.
