Aug. 14 – deadline for comments on AGOA certificate of origin

Aug. 14 – deadline for comments on proposed requirement for tobacco product importers and manufacturers to submit user fee information to the FDA

Aug. 14 – deadline for comments on possible IPR import restrictions on rubber resins

Aug. 15 – ST&R webinar on basics of antidumping law

Aug. 15 – deadline for comments on potential IPR probes of flash memory chips and point-to-point network communication devices

Aug. 16 – deadline for comments on further remedial action in patent infringement investigation of ground fault circuit interrupters

Aug. 16 – deadline for applications for International Buyer Program Select service

Aug. 16 – effective date of final rule on certification of factual information in AD/CV proceedings
