Commodity: Steel concrete reinforcing bar.
Country: Mexico and Turkey.
Nature of Notice: Initiation of antidumping (Mexico and Turkey) and countervailing (Turkey) duty investigations.
Details: Alleged dumping margins of 48.82% to 66.70% for Mexico and 35.01% to 36.99% for Turkey. The merchandise covered by these investigations is steel concrete reinforcing bar imported in either straight length or coil form regardless of metallurgy, length, diameter or grade. The subject merchandise is classifiable primarily under HTSUS 7213.10.0000, 7214.20.0000 and 7228.30.8010 and may also enter under HTSUS 7215.90.1000, 7215.90.5000, 7221.00.0015, 7221.00.0030, 7221.00.0045, 7222.11.0001, 7222.11.0057, 7222.11.0059, 7222.30.0001, 7227.20.0080, 7227.90.6085, 7228.20.1000 and 7228.60.6000. Specifically excluded are plain rounds (i.e., non-deformed or smooth rebar).

Country: Vietnam.
Nature of Notice: Initiation of new shipper review of antidumping duty order for the period Feb. 1, 2013, through July 31, 2013.
Details: This review will determine whether Goldenquality Seafood Corporation is entitled to a separate AD duty rate. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to allow, at the option of the importer, the posting of a bond or security in lieu of a cash deposit for each entry of subject merchandise produced and exported by Goldenquality.

Agency: International Trade Administration.
Commodity: Corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products.
Country: Korea.
Nature of Notice: Amended final results of administrative review of antidumping duty order for the period Aug. 1, 2006, through July 31, 2007, pursuant to court decision.
Details: Revised weighted average dumping margin of 7.45% for exporter Union Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. If the court ruling is not appealed or upheld on appeal, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to liquidate entries of subject merchandise at this rate. However, because this order was revoked effective Feb. 14, 2012, AD cash deposits are no longer required.
