Prior Notice, Food Labeling, Import, Export Information Collections Under Review

The federal agencies listed below are seeking comments on the proposed extension or revision of information collections concerning the following.

Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives

- ATF Form 2, notice of firearms manufactured or imported (comments due by June 22)

Consumer Product Safety Commission

- standard for the flammability of clothing textiles and standard for the flammability of vinyl plastic film (comments due by June 25)

- standard for the flammability of mattresses and mattress pads and standard for the flammability of mattress sets (comments due by June 25)

Department of Agriculture

- forms FAS 923, 923-A, 923-B, 924-A, and 924-B concerning the dairy tariff-rate quota import licensing program (comments due by July 20)

- export sales reporting program (comments due by July 20)

Food and Drug Administration

- form FDA 3540, prior notice of imported food (comments due by June 19)

- food labeling regulations (comments due by June 19)
