Nature of Notice: New antidumping petitions filed May 16.
Details: The products covered by this petition are circular welded austenitic stainless pressure pipes not greater than 14 inches in outside diameter. These pipes normally meet the ASTM A-312 or A-778 specifications or comparable specifications (e.g., foreign specifications). WSPP is produced by forming stainless steel flat-rolled products into a tubular configuration and welding along the seam. WSPP is generally used as a conduit for liquids or gases, and major applications include digestor lines, blow lines, pharmaceutical lines, petrochemical1ines, stock lines, brewery process and transport lines, general food processor lines, automotive paint lines and paper process machines. Excluded from the scope are non-circular welded stainless pipe, welded stainless mechanical tubing, and boiler, heat exchanger, superheater and condenser tubing.

Nature of Notice: Amended final results of administrative review of antidumping duty order for the period Aug. 1, 2010, through July 31, 2011.
Details: Weighted average dumping margin of 1.29% for individual exporters and 2.11% for the Vietnam-wide rate. AD cash deposits at these rates will be effective retroactively on any entries of subject merchandise made after March 21.

Commodity: Silicon metal.
Country: China.
Nature of Notice: Final results of administrative review of antidumping duty order for the period June 1, 2011, through May 31, 2012.
Details: Shanghai Jinneng International Trade Co. Ltd. had no reviewable transactions during this period. As a result, any suspended entries of subject merchandise entered at this exporter’s rate will be liquidated at the China-wide rate. The AD cash deposit rate for Shanghai Jinneng will remain the rate assigned in the most recently completed review of that company.
