A hearing will be held March 21, requests to appear at the hearing are due by March 15, pre-hearing briefs are due by March 14, post-hearing briefs are due by March 28, and final comments are due by April 14.

Glycine. The ITC has scheduled an expedited sunset review of the AD duty order on glycine from China. Comments on this review, which will result in either the revocation of continuation of this order, are due by Dec. 5.

Hand Tools. In its sunset review of the AD duty orders on heavy forged hand tools from China, the ITC has determined that revocation of these orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, these orders will remain in place for another five years.
