AD/CV: Polyester Fiber, Tool Chests

Polyester Fiber. The International Trade Administration has made final affirmative dumping determinations on fine denier polyester staple fiber from China, India, Korea, and Taiwan. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to collect AD cash deposits on subject goods at the following rates: 65.11 percent to 103 percent for China, 14.48 percent to 15.49 percent for India, zero to 45.23 percent for Korea, and zero to 48.86 percent for Taiwan.

Tool Chests. The International Trade Commission has made final affirmative AD injury determinations on tool chests and cabinets from China and Vietnam. As a result, the ITA will issue AD duty orders on these products.
