The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

For more information on AD/CV duty issues, including how to mitigate liability, please contact Kristen Smith at (202) 730-4965.

Plywood – initiation of inquiry on whether hardwood plywood completed in Vietnam using components from China is (1) circumventing the AD and CV duty orders on hardwood plywood from China and/or (2) covered by the scope of those orders

PTFE resin – remand of final negative AD and CV injury determinations on polytetrafluoroethylene resin from China and India

Solar products – initiation of changed circumstances review to consider the possible revocation of the AD and CV duty orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China with respect to certain off-grid portable small panels

Thermal paper – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on lightweight thermal paper from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Wood moldings – preliminary affirmative CV duty determination and new CV cash deposit requirement at rates of 13.61 and 245.34 percent
