Pistachios. In its sunset review of the antidumping duty order on raw in-shell pistachios from Iran the International Trade Commission has determined that revocation of this order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, this order will be continued for five years.

Olives. The ITC has initiated AD and CV injury investigations of ripe olives from Spain. A conference will be held July 12, requests to appear at the conference are due by July 10, written comments are due by July 17, and the ITC’s preliminary determinations are due by Aug. 7.

Sunset Reviews. The ITC has initiated sunset reviews of the AD and/or CV duty orders on the following goods. These reviews will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders. Comments on these reviews are due by Aug. 2.

- large power transformers from Korea (AD)

- lined paper school supplies from China (AD) and India (AD/CV)

- tapered roller bearings from China (AD)
