Pistachios. The International Trade Administration has continued the antidumping duty order on in-shell (raw) pistachios from Iran for five years, effective July 13. The products covered by this order are raw, in-shell pistachio nuts from which the hulls have been removed, leaving the inner hard shells, and edible meats. Such pistachios are provided for under HTSUS 0802.51.0000.

Furfuryl Alcohol. In its sunset review of the AD duty order on furfuryl alcohol from China the International Trade Commission determined that revoking this order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, this order will remain in place for five years.

Pipe and Tube. In its sunset review of the AD duty order on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Taiwan, the ITC has determined that revocation of this order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, this order will remain in place for five years.
