AD/CV: Pipe and Tube, Nails, PET Film, Ribbon

Pipe and Tube. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Turkey for the period May 1, 2016, through April 30, 2017, the International Trade Administration has determined a weighted average dumping margin of zero for manufacturer/exporter Agir Haddecilik A.S. The ITA has also rescinded this review with respect to all other respondents based on the petitioner’s withdrawal of its request for review.

Steel Nails. In the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on steel nails from Taiwan for the period May 20, 2015, through June 30, 2016, the ITA has determined a weighted average dumping margin of 78.17 percent for all producers/exporters. AD duties at this rate will be assessed on entries of subject goods during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at this rate will be required for subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Feb. 13.

PET Film, Sheet, and Strip. In the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from India for the period July 1, 2015, through June 30, 2016, the ITA has determined weighted average dumping margins of zero for SRF Limited and 1.57 percent for Jindal Poly Films Limited of India. AD duties based on these margins will be assessed on entries of subject goods during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at these rates will be required for subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Feb. 13.

Decorative Ribbon. The International Trade Commission has made affirmative preliminary AD and CV injury determinations on plastic decorative ribbon from China. As a result, the ITA will continue its AD and CV duty investigations, with preliminary determinations due by March 22 (CV) and June 5 (AD).
