The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Light-walled pipe and tube – (1) sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from China, Korea, Mexico, and Turkey and CV duty order on such goods from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time, and (2) dumping margin of 23.39 percent for one exporter/producer in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Turkey for the period May 1, 2018, through April 30, 2019

PET resin – dumping margin of zero for one manufacturer/exporter in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on polyethylene terephthalate resin from Oman for the period May 1, 2018, through April 30, 2019

Steel plate – dumping margins of 12.29 to 19.57 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Belgium for the period May 1, 2018, through April 30, 2019

Steel wire rod – dumping margin of 1.01 percent for one exporter/producer in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on carbon and alloy steel wire rod from Korea for the period Oct. 31, 2017, through April 30, 2019

Welded pipe and tube – (1) dumping margin of 1.71 percent for one exporter/producer in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Taiwan for the period May 1, 2018, through April 30, 2019, and (2) dumping margin of 8.42 percent for one exporter/producer in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on welded carbon steel standard pipes and tubes from India for the period May 1, 2018, through April 30, 2019
