Pipe Fittings. The International Trade Administration has amended its preliminary affirmative countervailing duty determination on cast iron soil pipe fittings from China to specify net subsidy rates of 7.37 percent to 96.96 percent, effective Dec. 19, 2017.

Pipes and Tubes. In the amended final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Taiwan for the period May 1, 2015, through April 30, 2016, the ITA has specified a weighted average dumping margin of 1.71 percent for Shin Yang Steel Co. Ltd.

Pasta. The ITA has rescinded its administrative review of the AD duty order on pasta from Italy for the period July 1, 2016, through June 30, 2017, with respect to six companies based on the timely withdrawal of the requests for review of those companies. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties on entries of subject goods from these companies at the AD cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.
