Pipe Fittings. The International Trade Commission has made final affirmative antidumping and countervailing injury determinations on cast iron soil pipe fittings (excluding drain bodies) from China. As a result, the International Trade Administration will soon issue AD and CV duty orders on such goods.

Stainless Steel Bar. In its sunset reviews of the AD duty order on stainless steel bar from India, the ITC has determined that revocation of this order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, this order will remain in place.

The ITC also determined that the AD duty orders on stainless steel bar from Brazil, China, and Spain would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, these orders will be revoked.
