AD/CV: Pipe Fittings, PTFE Resin, Isocyanurates, Steel Cylinders

Pipe Fittings. The International Trade Administration has made final affirmative antidumping and countervailing duty determinations on cast iron soil pipe fittings from China. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to collect AD cash deposits on entries of subject goods at rates of 21.88 percent to 360.3 percent. In addition, if the International Trade Commission makes a final affirmative CV injury determination, the ITA will instruct CBP to resume collection of CV cash deposits on entries of subject goods at the final net subsidy rates of 7.37 percent to 133.94 percent.

PTFE Resin. The ITC has made a final negative CV injury determination on polytetrafluoroethylene resin from India. As a result, no CV duty order will be issued on this product.

Chlorinated Isocyanurates. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates from China for the period June 1, 2016, through May 31, 2017, the ITA has determined weighted average dumping margins of 23.29 percent and 29.35 percent for two exporters.

High-Pressure Steel Cylinders. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the CV duty order on high-pressure steel cylinders from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2016, the ITA has determined a net subsidy rate of 37.77 percent for Beijing Tianhai Industry Co. Ltd.
