Pencils. In the final results of its new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on cased pencils from China covering the period Dec. 1, 2014, through May 31, 2015, the International Trade Administration has determined a weighted average dumping margin of 33.86 percent for subject goods produced by Shandong Wah Yuen Stationery Co. Ltd. and exported by Wah Yuen Stationery Co. Ltd. AD duties based on this rate will be assessed on entries of subject goods during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at this rate will be required for subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Oct. 27.

Copper. The ITA has postponed to Feb. 27 its final AD duty determination on phosphor copper from Korea and is extending the provisional measures from four months to not more than six months.

Chlorinated Isocyanurates. In the final results of its sunset review of the AD duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates from China and Spain, the International Trade Commission has determined that revoking these orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, these orders will remain in place.
