AD/CV: Cased Pencils, PET Film, Ammonium Nitrate

Cased Pencils. The International Trade Administration has rescinded its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on cased pencils from China for the period Dec. 1, 2016, through Nov. 30, 2017, after the petitioner withdrew its request for review. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties on entries of subject goods during this period at the AD cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.

PET Film, Sheet, and Strip. The ITA has rescinded its administrative review of the AD duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from the United Arab Emirates for the period Nov. 1, 2016, through Oct. 31, 2017, with respect to one company. The ITA will instruct CBP to assess AD duties on all entries of subject goods from this company during the period of review at the AD cash deposit rate required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.

Ammonium Nitrate. The ITA is revoking the AD duty order on solid agricultural grade ammonium nitrate from Ukraine after the domestic interested parties did not participate in the most recent sunset review. This revocation is effective June 12, 2018.
