Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

Pasta. In the final results of its sunset reviews of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on pasta from Italy and Turkey, the International Trade Administration has determined that revocation of these orders would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of (a) dumping at margins up to 20.84 percent for Italy and 63.29 percent for Turkey and (b) countervailable subsidies at levels of 9.64 percent to 14.30 percent for Italy and 1.73 percent to 13.19 percent for Turkey.

Rebar. In its sunset reviews of the AD duty orders on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Belarus, China, Indonesia, Latvia, Moldova, Poland, and Ukraine, the International Trade Commission has determined that revocation of these orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, these orders will remain in place.
