Steel Nails. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of steel nails from the United Arab Emirates for the period May 1, 2015, through April 30, 2016, the International Trade Administration has determined a weighted average dumping margin of 184.41 percent for Overseas Distribution Services Inc. The ITA has also determined that Oman Fasteners LLC and Overseas International Steel Industry LLC had no shipments of subject goods to the U.S. during the period of review.

Wood Flooring. The ITA has corrected the final results of its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on multilayered wood flooring from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2014, to assign a review-specific average rate of 1.06 percent to Nanjing Minglin Wooden Industry Co. Ltd. and remove Jiangsu Keri Wood Co. Ltd. from the list of non-selected companies.

Wind Towers. The ITA has amended its notice initiating an administrative review of the AD duty order on utility scale wind towers from Vietnam for the period Feb. 1, 2016, through Jan. 31, 2017, to specify that only wind towers produced and not exported, or exported but not produced, by CS Wind Group are covered by this review. The ITA notes that wind towers both produced and exported by CS Wind Group were excluded from the scope of this order as of March 26, 2017.
