IPR Enforcement: Electric Motors, Digital Cameras, Semiconductor Devices, Reusable Diapers

Electric Motors. The International Trade Commission has terminated patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1073 of thermoplastic encapsulated electric motors, components thereof, and products and vehicles containing same as to several patent claims based on the withdrawal of those claims by complainant Intellectual Ventures II LLC.

Digital Cameras. In patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1059 of digital cameras, software, and components thereof, the ITC has terminated the domestic industry case with respect to a claim based on the partial withdrawal of the complaint by complainants Carl Zeiss AG and ASML Netherlands B.V.

Semiconductor Devices. The ITC has terminated patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1047 of semiconductor devices and consumer audiovisual products containing the same with respect to one respondent group based on a settlement agreement with complainant Broadcom Corporation.

Reusable Diapers. The ITC has terminated patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1077 of reusable diapers, components thereof, and products containing the same without the imposition of import restrictions. This termination is based on the withdrawal of Cotton Babies Inc.’s complaint.
