The International Trade Commission has recently announced the following actions in intellectual property rights infringement investigations.

Mobile devices – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1162 of touch-controlled mobile devices, computers, and components thereof with respect to multiple claims withdrawn by complainant Neodron Ltd.

Nicotine cartridges – (a) termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1141 of cartridges for electronic nicotine delivery systems and components thereof with respect to one respondent based on a settlement with complainant Juul Labs Inc. and (b) Jan. 13 deadline for comments on remedy, the public interest, and bonding
