IPR Enforcement: Microfluidic Devices, Self-Anchoring Beverage Containers

Microfluidic Devices. The International Trade Commission has terminated patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1068 of microfluidic devices as to numerous patent claims at the request of complainants Bio-Rad Laboratories Inc. and Lawrence Livermore National Security LLC.

Self-Anchoring Beverage Containers. In patent and trademark infringement investigation 337-TA-1092 of self-anchoring beverage containers the ITC has found the last two remaining respondents in default for failure to respond to the complaint or otherwise participate in this investigation. The complainants have indicated their intent to file a motion for summary determination of violation and request a recommendation for a general exclusion order.
