IPR Enforcement: Memory Devices, Load Supporting Systems, Beverage Containers

Memory Devices. In investigation 337-TA-1046 of non-volatile memory devices and products containing same the International Trade Commission has determined to review in part a final initial determination finding no Section 337 violation. In addition, the ITC is seeking comments no later than July 12 on the form of remedy, if any, that should be ordered in this investigation; the effect of any such remedy on the public health and welfare, competitive conditions in the U.S. economy, U.S. production of articles that are like or directly competitive with those that are subject to investigation, and U.S. consumers; and the amount of the bond under which infringing articles could continue to enter the U.S. during the 60-day period the president has to review any ITC-ordered remedy.

Load Supporting Systems. In patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1095 of load supporting systems, including composite mat systems, and components thereof, the ITC has terminated the investigation as to one respondent based on a consent order with complainant Newpark Mats & Integrated Services LLC.

Clidinium Bromide. The ITC has terminated investigation 337-TA-1109 of clidinium bromide and products containing same with respect to several respondents based on a settlement agreement with complainants Valeant Pharmaceuticals North America LLC and Valeant Pharmaceuticals International Inc.

Insulated Beverage Containers. The ITC has terminated IPR infringement investigation 337-TA-1084 of insulated beverage containers, components, labels, and packaging materials thereof with respect to five respondents based on settlement agreements with complainant YETI Coolers LLC.
