The International Trade Administration and International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and countervailing duty cases.

Mattresses – dumping margins of 69.3 to 1,731.75 percent in amended preliminary affirmative dumping determination on mattresses from China

PET sheet – ITC institution of AD injury investigations of polyethylene terephthalate sheet from Korea, Mexico, and Oman (conference scheduled for July 30, written comments due Aug. 2)

Quartz surface products – issuance of AD and CV duty orders on quartz surface products from China, effective July 11, with AD cash deposit rates of 255.27 to 326.15 percent and CV cash deposit rates of 45.32 to 190.99 percent

Rectangular pipes and tubes – dumping margins of 1.43 to 8.09 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Mexico for the period March 1, 2016, through Aug. 31, 2017

Uncovered innerspring units – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on uncovered innerspring units from China, South Africa, and Vietnam would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 234.51 percent for China, 121.39 percent for South Africa, and 116.31 percent for Vietnam
