Matchbooks. The International Trade Commission will hold an open meeting March 23 to conduct a vote in its sunset reviews of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on commodity matchbooks from India. These reviews will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders.

Welded Line Pipe. The ITA has made a preliminary negative CV duty determination on welded line pipe from South Korea but an affirmative preliminary CV duty determination on welded line pipe from Turkey. The ITA will direct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to suspend liquidation of all entries of welded line pipe from Turkey that are entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after March 20 and to require cash deposits at the preliminary net subsidy rates, which range from 3.76 percent to 8.85 percent. In both proceedings the final AD and CV duty determinations have now been aligned and are expected no later than July 28.

Tetrahydrofurfuryl Alcohol. In its sunset review of the AD duty order on tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol from China, the ITC has determined that revoking this order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, this order will be continued for five years.
