In patent infringement investigation 337-TA-921, the International Trade Commission has issued a limited exclusion order and a cease and desist order prohibiting the respondent from importing into, or selling or distributing within, the U.S. certain marine sonar imaging devices, including downscan and sidescan devices, products containing the same, and components thereof that infringe certain patent claims asserted by Navico Inc. and Navico Holding AS. The ITC has also determined to apply a bond in the amount of 100 percent of the entered value of excluded products imported during the 60-day period the president has to review the ITC-ordered remedy.
