Lined Paper Products. The International Trade Administration has rescinded its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on lined paper products from India for the period Sept. 1, 2016, through Aug. 31, 2017, with respect to five companies based on their timely withdrawal of their requests for review. AD duties on subject goods from these companies will be assessed at the AD cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.

Polyester Staple Fiber. The ITA has issued AD duty orders on low-melt polyester staple fiber from Korea and Taiwan, effective Aug. 16. These orders cover synthetic staple fibers, not carded or combed, specifically bi-component polyester fibers having a polyester fiber component that melts at a lower temperature than the other polyester fiber component. The scope includes fibers of any denier or cut length. Subject goods may be coated, usually with a finish or dye, or not coated. Low-melt PSF is classifiable under HTSUS 5503.20.0015.
