The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Lawn groomers – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on tow-behind lawn groomers and parts thereof from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 386.28 percent

New reviews – initiation of administrative reviews of the following AD and/or CV duty orders for the periods March 1, 2019, through Feb. 29, 2020 (AD), or Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019 (CV), unless otherwise noted

- amorphous silica fabric from China (AD/CV)

- circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand (AD) and Turkey (CV)

- fine denier polyester staple fiber from India (AD)

- frozen warmwater shrimp from China (AD; Feb. 1, 2019, through Jan. 31, 2020)

- glycine from China (AD)

- pneumatic off-the-road tires from India (AD)

- uncoated paper from Brazil and Portugal (AD)

PET film – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from China and the United Arab Emirates would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 76.72 percent for China and 4.05 percent for the UAE

Solar products – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China and Taiwan would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 165.04 percent for China and 27.55 percent for Taiwan

Welded pipe – (1) revocation of AD and CV duty orders on large-diameter welded pipe from India with respect to pipe products with specific combinations of grades, diameters, and wall thicknesses and (2) notice of intent to revoke AD duty order on such pipe from Greece with respect to certain pipe products
