According to the National Institute of Standards and Technology, the World Trade Organization has been notified of regulatory changes that may affect exports of specific products to the following countries. For information on how these restrictions may affect your business, contact ST&R.

Ecuador – insulated electrical conductors and wires, compact fluorescent lamps, foods for special dietary uses, washing machines, elevators and escalators

Israel – medical electrical equipment, fire protection equipment, arc welding equipment, building accessories, refrigerating appliances, dangerous substances and mixtures (comments due by Feb. 3)

Peru – herbal medicine, dietary products and sweeteners, biological products (comments due by Feb. 9)

Qatar – pesticide residues (comments due by Feb. 6)
