Krill Oil Products. The International Trade Commission has terminated patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1019 of krill oil products and krill meal for production of krill oil products with respect to one patent based on the withdrawal of the allegations concerning that patent by complainants Aker BioMarine Antarctic AS and Aker BioMarine Manufacturing LLC.

Access Control Systems. The ITC has terminated patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1016 of access control systems and components thereof with respect to one respondent because it no longer exists as an independent entity and has been absorbed by another respondent.
