AD/CV News: Kegs, Mattresses, Solar Cells, Uncoated Paper, Wooden Cabinets

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Kegs – final affirmative AD duty determinations on stainless steel kegs from China and Germany, with dumping margins of zero to 77.13 percent for China and 7.47 percent for Germany, and final affirmative CV duty determination on kegs from China, with net subsidy rates of 16.21 to 145.23 percent

Mattresses – dumping margins of 57.03 to 1,731.75 percent in final affirmative dumping determination on mattresses from China as well as affirmative critical circumstances determination for all non-individually-examined companies receiving a separate rate as well as the China-wide entity

Solar cells – net subsidy rate of 94.83 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2017

Uncoated paper – dumping margin of 36.54 percent for one exporter/producer in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on uncoated paper from Brazil for the period March 1, 2017, through Feb. 28, 2018

Wooden cabinets – scheduling of final phase of AD and CV injury investigations of wooden cabinets and vanities from China (hearing scheduled for Feb. 20, pre-hearing briefs due by Feb. 13, post-hearing briefs due Feb. 27, final comments due March 20)
