Calcium hypochlorite – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on calcium hypochlorite from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
Kegs – revocation of AD duty order on refillable stainless steel kegs from Germany, effective June 9
Large-diameter pipe – revocation of AD duty order on large-diameter welded pipe from Turkey with respect to one company and revised dumping margin of 2.57 percent for other companies
MSG – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on monosodium glutamate from China for the period Nov. 1, 2018, through Oct. 31, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Scope rulings – scope rulings and anti-circumvention determinations made from Jan. 1 through March 31, 2020, with respect to the following AD and/or CV duty orders
- artist canvas from China
- circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand
- common alloy aluminum sheet from China
- crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China
- diamond sawblades and parts thereof from China
- drawn stainless steel sinks from China
- forged steel fittings from China
- hydrofluorocarbon blends from China
- quartz surface products from China
- steel threaded rod from China
- truck and bus tires from China
- wooden bedroom furniture from China
