Chlorinated Isocyanurates. In the preliminary results of its 2014 administrative review of the countervailing duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates from China the International Trade Administration has determined net subsidy rates of 1.04 percent for Heze Huayi Chemical Co. Ltd. and 20.94 percent for Hebei Jiheng Chemical Co. Ltd. The ITA also preliminarily intends to rescind this review with respect to Kangtai Chemical Co. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries of subject goods from these companies at the AD cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.
