Chlorinated Isocyanurates. Pursuant to a court decision the International Trade Administration has amended the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates from China for the period June 1, 2012, through May 31, 2013, to assign a zero rate to Heze Huayi Chemical Co. Ltd. If this decision is not appealed or upheld on appeal, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to liquidate entries of subject goods from Heze Huayi during this period without regard to AD duties.

Forged Steel Fittings. The International Trade Commission has made final affirmative AD injury determinations on forged steel fittings from China and Italy and a final affirmative CV injury determination on such fittings from China. As a result, the ITA will issue AD and/or CV duty orders on these goods.

Pipes and Tubes. In the final results of its administrative review of the CV duty order on heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Turkey for the periods Dec. 28, 2015, through April 25, 2016, and Sept. 12 through Dec. 31, 2016., the ITA has determined a net subsidy rate of 1.18 percent for Ozdemir Boru Profil San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Sti. CV duties at this rate will be assessed on entries of subject goods during these periods, and CV cash deposits at this rate will be required for subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Nov. 21.
